OK, it's the night before the big exam for which you've been so diligently preparing. It's time for the final touches:

  • Choose tomorrow's outfit now, recognizing that you want to avoid one that could be too comfortable (like pajama pants, etc);
  • Go to bed at your REGULAR time, not early, as most people who get in bed uncharacteristically early can become frustrated when they don't fall asleep quickly, thus aggravating the issue. However, set your alarm clock to EARLIER than usual by at least an hour-- allow yourself the time you need to truly wake up entirely (mind, soul, body) the next day;
  • Put new batteries in your calculator, sharpen your pencils, and locate your ID and admission ticket;
  • Stretch or do some form of athletic activity to increase your heart rate and circulate oxygen;
  • Laugh! It's salubrious for body and soul.

Remember: the night before the test is NOT for cramming... it's for unwinding and encouragement. You've worked hard for months, so just smile & enjoy the evening. You're gonna STORM it!
